About Me

I'm a Software Engineering Leader with 4+ years managing full-stack engineering teams at The Home Depot, delivering platforms tied directly to revenue and operational outcomes. I'm willing and able to go hands-on when the situation demands it—without becoming a bottleneck.

Most recently, I led the team behind ProAssist, a React and Java-based sales enablement platform serving 2,300+ stores and inside/outside sales teams nationwide. Sales through ProAssist grew from $5M to $590M+ by FY2025 as adoption expanded, with ~$3,200 average order volume and $191M in managed account sales from ProAssist-originated quotes in Q4 alone. I also drove adoption of AI-assisted development practices—GitHub Copilot, Playwright test agents, and AI-powered bug triage—to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Before that, I built enterprise cloud enablement platforms that standardized secure GCP and Azure adoption across the organization. My work spanned GitOps-based infrastructure automation, a React-based developer portal backed by Go microservices, policy-as-code guardrails, and Kubernetes-based deployment systems. The platform's use of Google Cloud Workflows was recognized in the official Google Cloud blog for innovative application of managed workflow technology.

Prior to Home Depot, I spent nine years at Slalom Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect, designing and building production-grade applications for clients across consumer brands, telecom, airlines, government, and retail—delivering backend APIs, cloud migrations, containerized workloads on Azure, and full-stack frontend solutions.

I'm technical by background—comfortable across React, Java, Go, Node.js, TypeScript—but I focus on growing engineers, unblocking delivery, and aligning teams around shared outcomes. I believe in trust, exposure, and accountability as the foundation for great engineering teams.
